Since its establishment in 2011, in terms of new drug development, KLT Pharmaceutical has accumulated mature and rich R&D experience in protein, antibody and virus biological drugs through the development of its own drugs and foreign service projects. Its R&D and operation team can complete the entire pre-clinical research process from the early process development of drugs to the clinical application. KLT Pharmaceutical R&D laboratory is located in the Blue Biomedical Industrial Park in Qingdao High-tech Zone, covering an area of 2,025 square meters. The laboratory started to prepare in 2015, completed the construction in 2016 and settled after comprehensive debugging. After completion of the laboratory, KLT Pharmaceutical completed the optimization of pharmaceutical process, establishment of quality standard system, and clinical application, etc. of its own first-in-class anti-tumor drug KLT-1101, and successfully applied for the national science and technology major project for new drug development. Currently, we have completed the phase I clinical study of KLT-1101, and obtained a number of technical patents. Since 2018, KLT Pharmaceutical has launched external service projects, and has now completed the establishment of a cell bank, plasmid bank and quality system for a solid tumor treatment drug. We will also gradually carry out registration and declaration services and clinical CRO services to serve innovative drug R&D enterprises and jointly promote the industrial cluster development.
